What the service provides
Empleado del Mes provides software that allows customer businesses to configure and operate conversational automations, commercial workflows, and integrations supported by the platform.
Responsabilidad del cliente
El cliente es responsable de la exactitud y licitud de la información que incorpora a la plataforma, del acceso a su cuenta, del contenido que gestione mediante el servicio y del uso de sus integraciones.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information entered into the platform, for access to its account, for content managed through the service, and for the use of its integrations.
Uso permitido
No se permite usar la plataforma para fraude, spam, suplantación, prácticas engañosas, actividades ilegales o incumplimientos de políticas aplicables de mensajería, pagos, proveedores integrados o autoridades competentes.
Permitted use
The platform may not be used for fraud, spam, impersonation, deceptive practices, illegal activities, or violations of applicable messaging, payment, integrated-provider, or authority policies.
Suspensión o cierre
Podemos limitar, suspender o terminar el acceso cuando detectemos riesgo operativo, incumplimiento de estos términos, abuso del servicio, uso incompatible con integraciones habilitadas o requerimientos legales aplicables.
